We love creating custom designs! To ensure your order is exactly what you're looking for, all custom and personalized orders require customer approval before production begins.
Here's how the process works:
We create a digital proof based on your request.
The proof is sent to you for review.
Production will not begin until we receive your approval.
Once the design has been approved, changes cannot be made, and the order moves into production.
Please review your proof carefully for spelling, grammar, colors, placement, and any other design details. We are not responsible for errors that have been approved by the customer.
Design Placement
Product images are digital mockups intended to represent the final product. Actual print size and placement may vary slightly depending on the garment size, style, and printing process.
Care Instructions
To help your apparel last as long as possible, we recommend:
Machine wash cold, inside out.
Wash with like colors.
Use mild detergent.
Tumble dry low or hang dry.
Do not bleach.
Do not iron directly on the printed design.
Do not dry clean unless specified on the garment label.

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we'll gladly replace it or issue a refund.
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the damage or error
Once reviewed, we'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days after the refund is processed for it to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed.
If you need a different size or color after your order has been produced, you'll need to place a new order.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not already begun.
After production starts, orders cannot be canceled because each item is custom made specifically for you.
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
Check around your delivery location.
Ask neighbors or household members if they accepted the package.
Contact the shipping carrier.
If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we'll do our best to assist you. Please note that we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
